Is Bathurst unsafe? Also why is it not great for pests?
Bathurst, NSW 2795 is located within the Bathurst Regional local government area, part of the Central West Region in New South Wales.
I'm moving to Bathurst in April with my dog. I'm single and im just wondering about the safety aspect? Also about the pest comment?

Bathurst CAN be unsafe sometimes. Most crime in the area is break-ins and anything to do with theft, though. It's as safe as any other town as long as you use common sense and stay out of dark alleyways with shifty people in them etc.
Pests? ...I don't know what they mean by pests, really. All towns have pests of some sort. My friend has had no problem with 'pests' at all other than the idiotic teenagers that cause a ruckus on her street on Saturday nights.
