From your name I'll assume you're in Bayside. The easiest way would be via LIRR. It's a pretty quick trip. There is a station in Bayside, and if memory serves me correctly it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Penn. Another option, which I never used, is the Express bus, which took about an hour.
