How bad does Beachmere flood?

Have seen some pix from jan 2013,
Am thinking of re locating down there but want to know as much as possible regarding the town flooding,
Good + Bad aera's..?

We can get overland flooding when there is heavy rain for a few days and a high tide. But as we are not near a river it usually runs off quickly.
