Are there any LGBT organizations or charities in Beacon?

I can't find any organizations or charities based in Beacon, but there is an organization called Big Gay Hudson Valley (www.biggayhudsonvalley.com) which is run by two Poughkeepsie-based guys and has a website showcasing businesses and groups that promote diversity in the region. BGHV also hosts its own events, gatherings, fundraisers, film festivals, and more. Also, The Rev. Jim Mooney, based in Beacon, runs Purple Unions, a Gay and Lesbian wedding directory, and officiates at weddings.
