"Quite and nice area"
Quite and nice area, close to local shops, close to Ivanhoe Aquatic & fitness center. Only a minutes away to Coles Ivanhoe and Ivanhoe shopping center.

"Close to city and green, big blocks, but not Inner city crowded. Great community spirit."
Great set of local shops on Corner of Waterdale Rd with Joe's Milk Bar, Pizza, Fish n Chips, Organic Vegies, Chemist, Cake Shop and Chocolate Shop! All within walking distance. Walk to Ivanhoe Primary School and Aquatic Centre/Gym. Park with Bike path to Yarra Trail.
No many opportunities to buy in Beatty St, once you move in, everyone tends to stay.
The Xmas street party that is hosted by a resident each year is always a great get together.
