"Great access to everything"
Belmont is well placed as it is 15min to the airport, 20 min to CBD, 7min to the waterfront and marina, a couple of minutes to the highway so you are not travelling 15min to get to the highway and 45min to Gold Coast.
No overhead powerlines in our pocket and large acerage blocks available.

"Great for family!"
Belmont is nicely situated between the city and more rural areas. There is a range of housing to choose from - from acreages to small units. Lots of access to green spaces (incl Minninipi and Kianawah Park) and not a lot of through traffic makes it perfect for families with kids. There are also great schools in the area (Gumdale SS, Belmont SS, Moreton Bay College, etc). Easy to get to the highway via Gateway. Close to Westfield Carindale and Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza.

"Great place to live!"
Belmont is in a nice quite enclave only 11 kms to the city and bordered to the north by Wynnum Road and south by Old Cleveland Rd and hence there is no through traffic. There is also the beautiful Moreton Bay only 5 miniutes east so it is really half way between the bay and the CBD. Bay breezes with City glimpses.
Most houses are very modern with some pockets brand new and mostly not older than 15 years. There are great parks and excellent cul-de-sacs which lead it to be very quiet with the only road traffic being that of yourself or your neighbours.
Well serviced by a great selection of local shops, medical center, 2 taverns and major primary school. Public Transport is great with express busses leaving every 20 minutes into town.

"A convenient location, easy access to the motorway and cbd"
Belmont is a great suburb! It's only 11 km's from the cbd, Capalaba is a 10 minute drive, Wynnum/Manly 15min drive. It has easy access to the Gateway Motorway in either direction, and is only a five minute drive from Carindale Shopping Centre. There is a good mix of housing and block sizes range from smaller lots (400-500m2) to acearage lots which give the suburb a country feel. The area is serviced by BCC buses, though the buses are more regular and express if you catch them from Carindale. The Murarrie Train Station is a 10-15min drive away.
There are several parks surrounding the area including the Minnipi Parklands which have over 7km of bike tracks and boarders Bulimba Creek. Many of the estates off Belmont road have large parks which help to give the area an open and friendly feel.
Overall, you will find the area to be quiet, convenient and reasonable value for money in the current property market. When you compare the prices of a similar property in Carindale you will see that Belmont represents good value for money.
