"Peaceful, convenient, leafy and friendly"
Well-maintained, quiet, peaceful, leafy, friendly cul-de-sac with birdsong instead of traffic noise. Convenient to schools, parks, river, shops, transport (rail, bus and ferry ), altho might be a bit hilly for those who do not like walking. 30 min to the city and very central - easy access N,S,E,W.
