"Convenience & location"
Ben Boyd Road, is a great street. I work in real estate in the area and have found that the people really take to it and make requests to find properties on the street and generally have positive comments about it.
On one end you will find the famous Oaks Hotel and the other lovely Sydney Harbour.
It has frequent bus services running up and down the road with retail shops, cafes and restaurants at the top end and smaller business at the lower end.
Anyone travelling down Ben Boyd Rd, must make a stop at My Little Cupcakes, as this store has the best cupcakes you have ever tasted.
Traffic noise can be a little noisy at times as it is used as a thoroughfare into North Sydney, but aside from the occasional car it is peaceful and generally quiet.
