"Great suburb not far away from city and home of MONA estate"

Scenic quiet suburb but not far away from city. It is great for people that likes quiet streets but still enjoy going out. Shopping centres are only couple kilometres away in Claremont and Glenorchy, schools are so close as well. It is great for growing families.

"Hidden Jewel in the North"

Berridale is a very scenic area just north of Hobart. It lacks local amenities. However, it is well resourced by Claremont, which is only a few kms to the north. It is a picturesque spot with many beautiful waterside vistas of the Derwent River. It is a family friendly area not far from the city.
