Real estate agent for valuation needed.
We have an investment unit in Snedden Street and unfortunately, we've not ever seen the property but it's a retirement place; only a 1 bed unit. Can anyone recommend a real estate agent who would assist me with an honest valuation and listing for sale? Circumstances mean I now need to sell up.

Talk to your local bank manager, they have to keep up-to-date with local property movement, you'll find your local manager to be extremely helpful in this regard. Before approaching an Agency to list, you can't beat realestate.com.au to see who has been the most consistant in sales.
