This is a quiet and sleepy little place. Beautiful gardens abound, but mostly behind the houses, in the backyards. Lots of swimming pools, tennis courts etc. I like this area because of the tree's and the quietness of it all. We had kookaburrows which flew in twice a day at specific times to see what we were doing. Not near any main roads but close to the North Nowra shops and Medical centre. Only mins away from the hospital for emergencies. The Vet is only a few minutes up the road. Bus at the end of this avenue takes you into town for the large supermarket shopping etc. You have everything really without the crowds. The upmarket 70's & 80's type houses are being modenised, and it is becoming quite an exclusive area to be in. The size of the land block's range from 5 acres to 1/2 acre. So, houses are well spaced for privacy. Plenty of hedges etc. There are pathways between most of the streets in the area, for walks. This is a lifestyle not a suburban block.
