"A friendly street in a community spirited suburb"
This is a quiet street with mostly working families or senior residents.
A lot of the residents have lived in this street for over 30 years.
With the shopping center, chemist, doctors,public library, seniors center and bus stops within walking distance Binney street is very convenient. The local Tavern has great dining.

- 5 minutes drive to city or mowbray shopping center
- Walkig distance to Bakery, Chemist,Doctors, Supermarket
- Airport bus does pickups at the door if required
