"Bayswater beauty"
Birch Street Bayswater is close to Knox City Shopping Centre, Mountain High Shopping Centre, Eastlink, buses, Bayswater train station plus is a hop skip and a jump from Bayswater Primary School.
I'm Property Manager in Bayswater and find this a great pocket for investors to buy in because its always in demand as tenants love the central location as its walking distance to the Bayswater train station, Bayswater shops (Coles, Wollies + speciality shops) and Bayswater Primary School.
