"The perfect family street...does not get any better than this..."
The perfect street for a family...Just up the road from the third most expensive waterfront suburb in Sydney, ( Kangaroo Point). It is a vey friendly street with most of the neighbours being Business Professionals.
Handy location being that Southgate Shopping Centre is down the road and has everything from K- Mart, Woolworths, Coles, Mc Donalds, Fitnes First and so on.
Close access to Princess Highway for easy access to Sydney CBD AND SET CLOSE TO THE WATER AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
