How do you find this area, particularly this street: Bisschop Street, Deception Bay
Really interested in people living here.

I live in Lanham Road, it is the street behind Bisschop, Both streets are awesome streets to live in, both streets are very quiet and safe, in the last 6 years i have seen the values skyrocket, nothing under 400000 now. Most homes are owner occupied and many have been renovated in the past few years. It is very central to everything and easy to get around.

Thanks, Steve. I am renting one of the houses from Gallery Group sight unseen except for several videos and pics (from Jan 5th) driving up from Central Coast NSW. Gallery tell me all the houses in Bisschop are their brand-new builds. It is a co-living arrangement for single tenants sharing with 2 others. Each house is exactly the same. Does it seem like they are mostly occupied? Are some still being built? And in Plant St? The ones in Plant street are all rented out, they said. I ask as I am quite nervous about everything being ok aside from what the Real Estate agent says! Did the recent storm that smashed the Gold Coast cause any damage there? Is the power on? I hope you don't mind answering my questions! Thanks muchly if so.
