Can someone give me their thoughts on Boala Place Engadine (or nearby)?

We are a young family moving into the area from the eastern suburbs. Are their 'bad' areas of Engadine? Thanks.

It's a great spot! Somewhere to enjoy peace and quiet.
It's close to the bush, Marton public school and soccer oval.
There are a few restaurants and a martial arts gym around the corner on Kingswood road (Fired Up BBQ, Kingswood Garden Chinese, Whitto's Pizza, and Robiero Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
Some people believe that part of Engadine is too isolated as it's about a 7-minute drive from the train station and central Engadine.

My best mate lives on the street next to it and I would totally reccomend moving there if you have kids. A school is 2 minutes up the road and the road backs on to beautiful bushland. The best part of engadine.
