Bowen is a fantastic location. We have bought approx 13 properties in the last years. In that time Bowen has experienced huge amounts of rain, a cyclone which was very close to Bowen and Cyclone Yatze that hit Bowen direct. I have bought many properties for family,friends and clients in Bowen and the only damage was to my girlfriends place when Cyclone Yatze blew the TV aerial through 2 windows. No one in Bowen has experienced any flooding with these major down pours. I still believe Bowen will boom but it also have wonderful beaches.

Very nice Explanation of Area Karin , My Wife and I are thinking of moving to Bowen this year First we will most probably rent then Buy a property. My Wife is Works in Aged care, And I have my own Business as a Private Investigator hoping to continue around your Area. Would love to Hear your opinion. We have a 14 yrs Son.
