"Nice inner city suburb, close to everything"
Great to get in the city for work, great for getting to gold coast, airport link and caboolture.
Safe area that will never flood, pretiest looking church in Brisbane (in my opinion)
Close to great place to eat and socialise, James street, Racecourse road, Emporium, Racecourse, dog track, River and hospital.

- Travel against traffic flow in work hours
- Cool breezes from the river
- Close to all facillities
- Close to CBD
Not great for
- Maybe a little hilly for the lazy Salad Dodgers
