"Nice, quiet and seculded - very friendly and clean"
A quiet court tucked away at the end of the first development of the Banchory Grove estate. Residents are very friendly and maintain their houses to high standard make easy viewing on the eye. Large blocks are a bonus meaning that there is ample space for children to play. Close to a park, which has just been re-fitted, Braddon Court is also located within an easy 20 minute stroll or 5 minute drive to Watergardens Town Centre and Railway Station. Located 25 kilometers from the city on the fringe of rural outer western suburbs, this quiet court is perfect for people from all walks of life.
