"Residential galore only 30 minutes from the city!"
Kolivas Court is considered by many to be one of the 'most livable' courts in the surrounding area. Running just off John Paul Drive, this beautiful stretch of road is an ‘ideal’ place to live that is close to parks, public transport, shopping centre, restaurants.
At the start of the court is a child care centre.
When walking down Kolivas Court on Sunday mornings, the first thing you notice are the residents of most of the houses in their front yards talking to one another and living there as one big happy family. If you like friendly people, then you will love it here. This court also has one of the most beautiful houses and gardens in the area. All houses on this street are single storey and with spacious living areas. a 4 minute walk will take you to the local recreational centre with tennis court, basketball court and swimming pool facilities in it.
During the week, Kolivas Court is like most in the area…quiet and comfortable. There is very little noise from traffic and it’s a great place to live for couples and small families. On weekends the street really shines.
Behind Kolivas Court is the community park with barbeque and other facilities.
Overall Kolivas Court has a great feel about it. It’s fantastic all year round with green frontyards combined with modern stylised architecture. Housing mostly young couples, often seen at the local Watergardens Town Centre with the children for a weekend shopping spree.
