Flood free areas in Ipswich or Brassall comes under flood area? Help please

I m first tike investor so i wanna invest in ipswich as it was told by my invrstment company.so just wanna know ipswich is flood free zone all or some parts of it.i m going to invest in brassall area new stage opened there called emerald hills.is this area flood free ..help required pl
