Hi Jamie S,
The prices of homes in Brassall have remained reasonably the same over the last couple of years with only slight fluctuations. Brassall has such a diverse range of styles of housing from old Queenslanders, to Post War chamferboard homes, older brick homes and of course brand new brick homes. Depending on the style of home, you can buy for under $200,000 or over $500,000.
