My house is about to foreclose if I sell first and the bank rejects the sale price
Bray Park, QLD 4500 is located within the Pine Rivers local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Can the new buyers sue me for breach of contract? I owe more then what the house is now worth and can't afford the payments anymore.

If you sell below the value of the debt, secured by mortgage, , you still owe the balance of the debt to the bank.Check first, the bank may have the ability to stop the sale going through, by NOT releasing the title when you sell.
