Whats Braybrook like to live in?

Great to live. Undergoing serious gentrification. Ticks all the boxes with regards to public transport, schools,hospitals, parks, shopping etc. Braybrook secondary college went from most undesirable to voted one of the best in Victoria. The houses here are mostly ex commission so not pretty and some are heritage listed (returning soldier homes). But large blocks. Some riff raff still lives are comes around Braybrook as it is close to drug dealing hotspots Footscray and sunshine. I bought here in 2013 paid 345k for my house was offered 550k three months ago. By the builder who I used to renovate it.
