What should we look at while scouting the bay area for a new and better life? (no pressure haha)
We are heading to Brisbane from Manly in Sydney in a couple of weeks to see if we want to live there. 100% property price/quality of life with huge mortgage motivation! We have 2 small kids, one starting school in 2020. Any suggestions for where we should live, what we should check out, how to help our kids love it? The Bay area around Brighton/Shorncliffe seems most like Manly which we love!
