we are currently in the process of relocating from the uk -
Brinsmead, QLD 4870 is located within the Cairns local government area, part of the Far North Region in Queensland.
we have 2 teenagers 13 & 16 years
is this a good area for similar aged teens and schools etc

yes! it is a great area, there are lots of nice teenagers on the park ridge side. I would keep away from any of the older areas = but can definite Recommend Park ridge in Brinsmead. There are quite a few schools around -public and private which are all very good. There is a creek nearby that is popular for swimming as well as tennis courts and parks throughout Brinsmead. I have never been happier with an area. Good luck!
