hi mate , we bought on the other side of station towards westmeadows, closer to the aquatic and leasure centre. This set of streets have a very good valley view and over the last 1 year the property has appreciated over 200K. Our neighbours are good and friendly and is just few minute walk to station and mall and gym (hardly 1km). Have some good cafe and eateries nearby if you don't want to be at Malls. And BTB Broadmeadows is the most diverse food suburb in the Victoria , so you would be overwhelmed by the different kind of restaurants and eateries, if you are willing to experiment. The Mall is active till late night . We remember having food till 12.00 am which we rember was only possible in Melb CBD, thanks to some of the new cafes. Anyway best wishes for your home search.

hi rorom, i bought on the other side of camp road where the broadmeadows train station is. I've heard this is a little nicer but i wouldn't discount the homes around oslen place. lately houses in the area sold for 580 plus and another 605k. its getting more expensive now and i think once oslen place gets a few nice cafes and eateries, that area will boom.

not sure how long ago this post is but just wondering if you've bought yet?
