"Friendly street and access to Broadwater - Kincumber walk"
We have annual Christmas drinks at the water with a friendly turnout. Entry to the flat walk that accesses Kincumber one direction and the other direction is Davistown and the RSL is a huge bonus. In winter we get restricted sun from the trees on the mountains however this is for 3-4 months of the year only. Fantastic breeze off the water in Summer
