"Thoroughfare Street at the Heart of Richmond"
This, along with Milner Rd & Davenport Tce, would have to be one of the busier streets in Richmond however this shouldn't deter you from living here as there are multiple round-a-bouts along the street that reduces people from speeding. The street has loads of large allotments and character homes plus is super convenient to get into the city as there are multiple routes you can take.

- Close to two schools (Tension Woods & Cowandilla Primary)
- Big Allotments
