"Kingston Avenue Richmond - An Affordable City Fringe, Convenient Location"
Kingston Avenue consists of residential home at the Western end of the street and some commercial properties at the Eastern end. A mixture of older homes, units and new modern homes. Its adjacent to the Apollo Circuit development.
Great for
- Easy access to Richmond Road for transport and shops
- Good local shools
- Walking distance to West Adelaide Football Club
Not great for
- Busy with parked cars when the local football is on at West Adelaide Football Club
