What is the Brandywine neighborhood like in Broomfield?

Brandywine is a neighborhood of single family detached homes built by several different builders from the early 1980's to the early 2000's. There is a decent size park and an elementary school in the neighborhood. Current prices average between the $220's - $280's, depending on size, age, location and updating / upgrading. Home values tend to trend with the rest of the market, I'm not aware of any major issues in the neighborhood. Mostly well cared for homes and lots.
