"Close to transport and shops"
Close to shops, parks, and bike tracks. A bit too close to the train though, coal and freight trains 24 hours a day is a bit much to take, but you get used to it. Also have the helicopters to the hospital. But hey, it is a quiet location, and would suit someone looking for a quiet suburb to live in. If you are looking for a stimulating suburb or location, this is not for you.
