A nice close. It can get quite crowded and difficult to find parking if you don't have a garage. There are mostly units and therefore a high volume of people for such a small street. Really handy to shops, schools and public trasport, everything is within walking distance and it's only 10 minutes to the city. I've lived there for almost 7 years and I've never had any problems. There are a couple of more undesireable streets within earshot resulting in the occasional phone call to the police to break up a domestic disturbance, but other than that it's a great place to live.
