How do you choose between Buderim and Mountain Creek with three kids aged 9, 7 and 3 years?

Just depends on what you are looking for! Usually Buderim will have bigger blocks, with higher prices- however well worth the price! You will get more greenery (usually) in Buderim and wont be as close to your neighbors!

Depends on whether you want them to go to public or private school. If public ensure you are in Mtn Creek or Chancellor catchment.
