Just depends on what you are looking for! Usually Buderim will have bigger blocks, with higher prices- however well worth the price! You will get more greenery (usually) in Buderim and wont be as close to your neighbors!

Both great areas. Really depends what your looking for with the children. ie: close schools, sporting facilities etc.
