Looking for the perfect seachange
Buderim, QLD 4556 is located within the Maroochy local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.
In our 30's with 3 kids (oldest yr 5), looking for somewhere to move that will give our kids the future they deserve. Great schooling is a MUST!
Would love somewhere with gorgeous GREEN hills and a shorter drive to the beach than 8 hours!!
Hubby is a fully qualified welder with several tickets and licences and experience with building and winery maintenance. Due to living in such a small town I sadly have limited work experience apart from mother duties, but have a few houses I clean and a few days here and there working at the local Pre-school.
Any suggestions or advice would be gratefully accepted and appreciated,
Thank you

Buderim is a beautiful place to live with its lovely sea views. It's also as different from yellow and dry as you can get with its lush greenery. My kids go to Buderim Mountain School and parents and kids are very happy with it. The school has it own pool and each class is having a pool party as part of the break up celebrations for summer. There are quite a few employment agencies close by in Maroochydore which should help your husband gain employment. The work you may be looking at, might be a bit harder to get as it is very competitive. Best of luck with everything !
I made a change to Buderim with a young family 26yrs ago best thing we ever did there are 5 private schools and also the east end of Buderim falls within the mt. creek high catchment
very good high school and is a public school the north or east side of Buderim is the best for view and breezes away from the frantic flood prone areas of the coast and some inland pockets if you want a good agent see Ian and Nige Baker at Mcgrath great guys they are moving to the Mooloolaba office soon
