Relocating to Buderim Queries
Buderim, QLD 4556 is located within the Maroochy local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.
Hi, my family and I are looking to relocate to SC in early 2018 (from NSW coastal town) and are wondering if anyone could assist with the following questions:
1) is Buderim in the Mountain Creek school zone and is it hard to get your children in there? Or could you recommend other local schools?
2) is there any particular area (streets)we should avoid due to flood or land slide risk?
3) if we consider buying home (4+bedroom) now and renting it out, is there a reasonable demand for rental properties in the area?
A lot of questions I know. But some local advise or expertise would be greatly appreciated
