Where in Buderim can you get the best ocean views?

Ocean views on Buderim are restricted to only a finite number of properties on the escarpment and depending on your budget you can get views anywhere from $550,000 up.
Specific streets like Gilbert, Moorabinda & Amaroo Drive come directly to mind not only for the amazing views but also because of the easy walk to shops & medical in the Village.
So the North side is the best views but some others in the eastern section of Nyes Crescent and Dixon rd are great as well. Then Southern ocean Views of Moreton Island over the top of Caloundra off Coachwood & Monk Crescent is just as special from these very flat blocks.

Many properties on the eastern end of Mooloolaba road also you can see from Alexandra Headland or Maroochydore to Coolum and on the other side of the road Mooloolaba or Buddina all the way to Caloundra. On clear days these have views of Morton Island also.
