Buderim, QLD 4556 is located within the Maroochy local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.

Mons is part of Buderim. The Mons tag refers to when it was an old farming area within the Buderim zone. It has the same postcode and it best referred to a localised part of Buderim not unlike North Buderim which really should be included in any discussion of Buderim. All the best Lloyd ................
