"Private area"
Buffalo Court runs adjacent to a reserve and is a private no-through road. Most properties are on sloping land & depending on design, homes can capture views of the ocean/Bluff. This quiet location is filled with tranquil birdlife and is only 1.1km walk to Franklin Parade and the water’s edge where you will find cafes, restaurants and the popular Encounter Bay Bike track.
