"Quiet, private, perfect for families"
Prime Boulevard is located in the Oakford estate. This street runs adjacent a reserve which is enjoyed by many families and residents in the area. Prime Boulevard is on a slight incline which gives many of the properties Bluff, sea glimpses and or hill views. This is a very quiet neighbourhood filled with quality homes and is a desired area on the coast.
