Move from Sydney to Bundaberg? Worried about employment prospects for our family.

We are considering a move to the Bundaberg area. Hearing mixed reviews. Im in fitness industry and husband is handy, earth moving, mechanicals, deliver driver, chicken distributor. Have two teenage boys. If we come, what are our work prospects? Would the town accept us?
