"Busy on the front, beautiful on the back!"
The Cove Road gets busy at peak times, mainly in the evening, 5-6pm, it seems to get used as a short cut avaoiding the Lonsdale highway. However weekend morning are amazingly quiet, I work night duty and manage to sleep weel in the day on the front of the house, so the traffic in the day is minimal.
Its walking distance to the stunning Hallett Cove conservation park, beautiful walks, views and history-AMAZING!
Walking distance to bus and train. 20 minute walk to the main shopping centre or a 5 minute car drive.
Plenty of schools and childcare centres.
If you live on the ocean side I'm sure lots of home would have sea veiws like ours with stunning sunsets, like wise many of the houses on the other side of the road would have views too from the front.
