How is Greenwood Drive?

I have seen couple of different comments about Greenwood Drive so I dont know what to think about it. Can someone give me an honest opinion about Plenty Road end of it? The weekly rents look so cheap and it made me a little bit suspicious. Many thanks in advance for the answers.
