Bungama Street, Deagon, QLD 4017

We have lived on Bungama/Doris Street, Deagon for 5 years. The area has taken a massive turn. Many houses have been done up beautifully, trees have been planted to line the streets. The convenience of the train is great. The weekends are super quiet. There is a Chinese shop, cafe, convienience store, hair dresser and art gallery. It is only 1 km from the Sandgate/Shorncliffe waterfront. Value for money is excellent compared to Shorncliffe. It’s great if your kids go to local schools like St Pats. Our neighbours are all so lovely and keep an eye out on each other’s places. I can see it increasing in value.

Very open area. Gives a feeling of space and not being crammed into a little suburb.
