"Great place to invest and live"
I have investment house in this area, this area was heavily under value due to large percentage of houses belong to Department of Housing (DoH). Now, all DoH dwellings are under rebuilt and privatise. It is a $500M project, the prices of the houses are now more than double the prices compare to 2001 prices! Yahoo...! what a wonderful investment. The value of the houses now being adjusting to the similar value to Bonnyrigg Heights.
This area will be a great area to live once the developments are fully completed.
