“Burbank Avenue - The Hidden Gem of Picnic Point”

Burbank Avenue, Picnic Point is a absolutley great place to live. Being perfectly located right next to the water & all amentities. 25 - 35 mins to Cronulla Beach & 10 Mins to M5 Motorway which leads straight to Sydney CBD. Bankstown Centro is located in Bankstown which is an estimate of an 15 Minute drive from Burbank Avenue.

Burbank Avenue is one of the most popular & most expensive streets in the area.

Great choice of food & nights out in the area. 5 Minute drive to Revesby Workers Club which has regular poker & trivia nights.

Picnic Point is a really good all round suburb with a lot to offer, it doesn't really lack anything!

"Number 1 Location."

Having Sold more homes than any other Agent working in this Brilliant location, I've-no hesitation confirming this is the Number 1 street in the district.
If you are lucky about once a year a home will be listed here & about every 2nd or 3rd year it will be a Waterfront.
As reviewed previously the homes on the South side are direct absolute Waterfonts, Burbank Ave Picnic Point also shares a sister location Burbank Avenue East Hills with fewer homes yet slightly bigger waterfront blocks.

Originally the Land Lots were a continuation of blocks stretching down from Henry Lawson Drive, although in the late 1970's a sub-division was put through creating the Districts most prestigious location.

All but a handful are Owner Occupied & a short drive through this quiet No Through Road setting will help you appreciate the quality & beauty of this magnficent environment.
