"Peaceful country town, surrounded by farmland yet very close to Shepparton CBD. Burgman Street with large home sites and quality homes"
There’s something to be said about community spirit, within walking distance to the new community centre, which is utilised by groups including, Katandra Kats Football and Netball Club, local cricket and tennis clubs, the Country Women's Association, the CFA, Girl Guides and Katandra West Primary School.
Walking distance to the local primary school, pre school, community oval, playground and local store. An extremely safe community and a
very pleasant 20 min drive to Shepparton, no traffic lights or traffic for that matter...very very nice
