"Marionvale - Marionvale Road"
Marionvale is on the outskirts of Katandra West. It is clean and green, with excellent views of Katandra hills, and the Dookie Hills. In the distance you can see the Strathbogie ranges.
It is an easy commute to Shepparton, yet the local town of Katandra West has an excellent store, and post office. There is an excellent primary school, with a strong community feel. People are friendly, and the neighbours are caring and supportive. It is an excellent place to bring up children!
