Hi all I looking for nice place to live and not shore I'll be the best place for winter time I heat cold weathet ?
My lease finish next year in Feb and I start looking for nice place to live.
This is the best way to find out from the local people have some opinion of town where they living for long time.

Hey Beata. Andrew Garland from the Ray White Caloundra Office is your best source in the local area. I would certainly recommend Moffat Beach as a place to live, enjoy a swim on the dog friendly beach and a coffee at the local espresso bar 'The Pocket'.

Hi Beata. Caloundra is a beautiful place and still has a "country town" feel about it. Winter maximum daily temperatues average between 21 and 22°C with overnight minimums averaging between 7 and 9°C. Winter days in Caloundra are moderate but can be moderately cool if windy, dropping to around 21 °C. I hope some of this information helps.
