rents are massive the highest in QLD and Australia due to everyone coming here. and even the locals can't get housing here they are having to move or going literally homeless in JULY 2022. There is a housing crisis here in Caloundra/ Sunshine coast. $580 per week for a tiny home. Not sure when you posted this but its really bad here and everyone goes to Brisbane to work as no good paying jobs here sorry to say it's in a bad way.
